Personal Training Programs
16 Week Series
$60 per session (48 sessions) three days per week.

Guys get shredded in 16 weeks: You can go from 15% body fat to 5% in 4 months.  You will reach your absolute peak condition!

$70 per session package. (24 sessions) three days per week.

$75 per session package. (18 sessions) three days per week.

$80 per session package. (12 sessions) three days per week.

Above packages are also available in 2 sessions per week format.
Individual sessions with no package commitment are also available.

 

Half Hour Sessions: While all of our other personal training and boot camp sessions are one hour, we also offer half hour personal training sessions for as low as $40 per session.

 
Self-Starter Program
$249 for 2 private training sessions and an easy to follow workout schedule to do on your own.  

Ideal for those who want to get started on their own.

 

 
Pregnancy Recovery Program

Our pregnancy recovery program includes:

Fat burning eating plan, cardiovascular guidelines, and personal training. The personal training is designed to remove the body fat, firming and lifting the: lower abdominal, breasts, buttocks, and shrinking the arms and legs.

Our program will help you lose an average of 20 pounds in 8 weeks. Breastfeeding mothers, the program is designed to limit weight loss to 1-2 lbs. per week in order to keep the mother's milk pure from toxins.  

This program works well while nutritionally supporting breastfeeding. 

6 Week postpartum doctor's note required that states "ok to resume full activities without restrictions.

 
Fat Loss High Performance Online Training

Hand-crafted plans just for you.

You get a customized workout plan and diet, plus weekly email coaching support and checkups. Each week you will email me a diet and workout log for me to track your progress.

 

This program is designed for maximum fat loss in minimum time.  There is a lot of exercise and the diet is strict.  Note: you should have some familiarity with weightlifting exercises to follow the workout plan.

Mass Gaining High Performance Online Training

You get a customized workout plan and diet, plus weekly email coaching support and checkups. This program is designed for either rapid bulk-up or slow quality muscle gain, you can specify.  Each week you will email me a diet and workout log for me to track your progress. Note: you should have some familiarity with weightlifting exercises to follow the workout plan.

Physique Competition High Performance Online Training

You get a customized workout plan and diet, plus weekly email coaching support and checkups. 

This is for physique competitors like bodybuilders, fitness and figure athletes as well as fitness models.  Each week you will email me a diet and workout log for me to track your progress.  

I usually also do some phone consultations with this option.

High Performance Nutritional Lifestyle Online Plan

Completely individualized and custom-designed.  Specifically designed for your body. Tells you exactly what to eat and when. Includes supplement recommendations and weekly email coaching support and checkups. For weight loss, muscle gain, general health, etc.  This is just the nutrition aspect.

8 weeks $199  12 weeks $299  16 weeks $399
